How are you using the AI agents in real operations?

Curious how people use the Claude-powered agents day to day. We have the Support Concierge handling first-line chat and it deflects a big chunk before a human steps in. The approval gate on any money/stock action is what makes me comfortable letting it run. What's your setup?

Pre-sales agent on WhatsApp for us — it answers product questions from live catalogue data and sends a payment link. Conversion on chat orders went up noticeably. Human takes over the second it's asked.
