Native loyalty-points redemption inside the WhatsApp agent

Points redemption works great at web checkout. It would be amazing if the WhatsApp pre-sales agent could also apply a customer's loyalty balance when it builds the order and payment link. +1 if you'd use this.

+1. Most of our repeat buyers are on WhatsApp, so redeeming points there would close the loop.

Would love this too. Even just showing the available balance in-chat before checkout would help.
