why we built okommerce.
over a decade of building custom e-commerce platforms for GCC clients taught us the same lesson again and again: the off-the-shelf platforms (shopify, magento) treated arabic, multi-country tax, and the way GCC retailers actually operate as afterthoughts. we got tired of building the same workarounds for every client. so we built okommerce — a platform that ships those workarounds as core features.
