These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of okommerce.com and the Okommerce platform.

1. acceptance

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.

2. accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. acceptable use

You may not use Okommerce to: violate laws; infringe IP; distribute malware; harass others; or attempt unauthorized access.

4. intellectual property

Okommerce Community Edition is licensed under MIT (see MIT license). The "Okommerce" name and logo remain trademarks of Royex Technologies LLC.

5. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royex's liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. changes

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

7. governing law

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes resolved in Dubai courts.
