The Central Admin is the operational owner of the store. They manage the product catalogue, define and reorder the status workflows, onboard and manage vendors, oversee orders and fulfilment, run reporting, and control the central settings of the running system. Where the Developer decides which modules and product types exist, the Admin runs the day-to-day business inside that frame: creating products, approving vendor submissions, advancing orders, configuring loyalty and marketing, handling settlement, and so on. They have broad operational reach across modules (subject to permissions) but typically not the deployment-level toggles reserved for the Developer.
