A Vendor/Supplier operates a branch or shop within a multi-vendor deployment. In their workspace they manage their own stock levels, see and fulfil the orders assigned to them, and can transfer an order to another vendor when needed. If the deployment allows vendor-submitted products, a vendor can create products that then enter an approval queue before going live. Vendors operate against the shared master catalogue but with their own per-branch stock, and their accounting (commission, settlement) is governed by the supplier agreement recorded when they were onboarded. Their visibility is scoped to their own branch's orders and data, not the whole platform.
